Hotel Overview

Sense of Place

The house is one of the original homesteads in Moab, dating back to the turn of the 20th century. It was constructed with adobe and its foundations still stand today.

Rooms at Sunflower Hill Inn

There are just 12 individually-decorated rooms at the Sunflower Hill Inn, many with a private balcony from which you can admire the views of the garden. These have homely touches like the quilts and antiques, as well as tubs with jets. We particularly love the guestrooms in the century-old house, otherwise you can opt for an annex room.

Food & Drink

Start the day with a delicious breakfast and fill up on fresh fruit, pancakes, aromatic coffee and granola before heading out to discover the delights of Moab and beyond. Retreat to the Sunflower Hill Inn after your adventures in the Canyonlands and enjoy homemade treats like cookies, pie and iced lemon water upon your return.

Facilities

Relax in the pretty, flower-filled gardens and take a dip in the swimming pool - there's also a hot tub to soothe aching muscles. Read up on local history in the inviting library, or cosy up by the fireplace with a game of chess in the evening, before dining out in one of Moab's fantastic restaurants.

Activities at Sunflower Hill Inn

Moab National Park is right on your doorstep, but you should also explore Canyonlands National Park and Dead Horse Point State Park. Marvel at rock arches, slot canyons and snow-capped peaks as you drive, bike and hike your way around this area of incredible natural beauty.
