Hotel Overview

Sense of Place

Off Rio Grande Boulevard by the Rio Grande River, just outside Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Rooms at Los Poblanos Historic Inn & Organic Farm

The accommodation, with some rooms and suites in a historic hacienda, is a showcase of New Mexican style, with plenty of traditional features such as antique furnishings, wood-burning fireplaces, hardwood floors, carved ceiling beams, and New Mexican artworks, as well as bathrooms with soaking tubs and signature lavender spa products. Wake up to beautiful views over the garden, the farm and the Sandia Mountains.

Food & Drink

Indulge in an expertly crafted field-to-fork dining philosophy at Los Poblanos, which makes a feature of seasonal organic ingredients from the farm. A gourmet organic breakfast awaits you in the morning (we recommend the eggs benedict), and later in the day tuck into duck rillettes, smoked salmon, field plates of radishes, sunflower sprouts and wild arugula, and some moreish artisanal cheese, followed by peach lavender gelato and Mexican chocolate panna cotta. Before or after your meal, indulge in an artisan handcrafted cocktail.

Facilities

If you’re inspired by all that food, unleash your inner chef with a cooking class, enjoy a guided tour of the farm and kitchen gardens and learn more about the field-to-fork ethos, or lend a hand on the farm yourself, perhaps with the lavender harvest.
There’s a fitness centre if you fancy a workout, as well as a refreshing saltwater pool to swim in.

Activities at Los Poblanos Historic Inn & Organic Farm

Explore the surroundings with a bike ride along the Rio Grande River or to Albuquerque’s Old Town, or go on a guided birdwatching walk.
