Climb to the top of this table-top mountain and look out for the biodiverse wildlife on your way; pass fragrant coffee and chocolate plantations that cling to the hillside; and explore the regional rivers of Duaba, Miel, Yumurí and Toa. In town, peek into Fuerte Matachín – an old fort that showcases the history of Baracoa including its passion for chocolate, kiriba music and Che Guevara, no less.
