This chic and stylish Kasbah is a magical desert oasis nestled in gardens of palm and olive trees on the fringes of the Sahara.

Rooms at Dar Ahlam

There are nine suites and three villas within the distinctive red brick walls at Dar Ahlam, each with a private pool. The spacious rooms have antique furniture, a cosy fireplace, with underfloor heating in the bathrooms, while you can also enjoy your very own courtyard garden and heated pool.

Food & Drink

No single meal is served in the same place throughout your stay, whether it be in the gardens, on the roof or in one of the gorgeous rooms inside the Kasbah. The food is sublime; chef Frederick Grasser-Herme serves a combination of Moroccan specialities with modern influences, using produce from the extensive vegetable gardens- even the olive oil is homemade!

Facilities

Dar Ahlam also has a heated stone swimming pool, surrounded by palm and olive trees, and a riad dedicated to spa treatments, including a hammam, a Jacuzzi and a perfumerie filled with sweet scented oils that are used in the massage treatments.

Activities at Dar Ahlam

Relax in the stunning gardens by the pool, indulge in the superb spa treatments, take a cooking class or ride a camel or mule. Trips can also be organised to the nearby Valley of Roses, the Dadès Gorges and also the Valley of Almond Trees during January/February.
