Hotel Overview

Sense of Place

Ca Maria Adele is located within the walls of a 16th-century palazzo, overlooking the magnificent Basilica di Santa Maria della Salute, just two minutes by vaporetto to Piazza San Marco.

Rooms at Ca Maria Adele

The decadent rooms and suites are decorated using African wood combined with Venetian touches such as damask-lined walls, original stone floors and Murano glasswork.

The dramatic themed rooms at Ca Maria Adele take lavish inspiration from elements of Venice’s history. The Doge's Room is all rich regal reds, with a framed portrait above the bed, while the Oriental Room, inspired by famous traveller Marco Polo, is decked out in gold, with silk on the walls and fine china pieces, with an original Palladian stone floor. The suites, 336 and 339, are more sleek and modern in style.

Food & Drink

Ca Maria Adele serves breakfast in an attractive 1950s-style breakfast room (with more than 70 breakfast choices) and drinks are served from a Moroccan-style terrace.

Facilities

The eclectic lounge is filled with antiques and contemporary pieces from around the globe, creating a unique and rarefied ambience, while the sun-filled terrace, with its gorgeous views, is a lovely spot for breakfast or an evening drink.

Activities at Ca Maria Adele

Get lost along the narrow, winding streets and explore the fabulous boutiques, antique shops and markets Venice has to offer. Visit Murano Island to see how the famous Murano glass is manufactured, and it's also worth visiting the Teatro La Fenice, a beautiful opera house dating from the 18th century - if you can, go during opera season.

After a day’s sightseeing, pop in to Harry’s Bar, the birthplace of the world-renowned cocktail the Bellini.
