Hotel Overview

Sense of Place

Mystique is in the picturesque town of Oia, where all the buildings cling dramatically to the clifftop. The hotel's architecture is inspired by Cycladic style, with sculpted curves and soaring arches, alongside a refreshing muted colour palette and plenty of light-filled spaces as well as outdoor terraces that make the most of the views.

Rooms at Mystique

The one and two-bedroom suites and villas are elegantly decorated with local stone, glass and wood, cleverly shaped for lights and mirror frames. Most of the suites have hydro-massage or Jacuzzi bathtubs and a private balcony or terrace with open-air dining areas and sunbeds, overlooking the caldera's cliffs. Fitness fanatics will love the Spiritual suites, which have a bicycle, a fitness machine and a spa bed.

The villas offer even more luxury and space, with expansive terraces and private plunge pools or infinity-edge pools, alongside exceptional Santorini vistas.

Food & Drink

The poolside Aura Bar serves smoothies, afternoon tea and signature cocktails, and the Charisma restaurant has a delicious menu of Greek-inspired cuisine, overlooking the pool and the ocean. Enjoy breakfast and all-day relaxed dining in the Captain's Lounge - linger in the living room or on the balcony by the pool and the cliffs. The Lure restaurant is headed up by renowned French chef Olivier Campanha and serves gourmet Greek and Mediterranean cuisine in a wow-factor clifftop setting.

Many of the herbs and vegetables for the restaurants are grown in the hotel's organic farm in Megalohori.

Facilities

There is a state-of-the-art fitness centre if you're an active type, but if you prefer to relax, you can certainly unwind in style here. Mystique's two pools are perched on the cliffs, surrounded by sunbeds, and with the Aura Bar by one pool and the Captain's Lounge by the other, you needn't move for hours.

After lazing by the poolside, enjoy a signature treatment in the spa or a massage in the privacy of your room, and watch the sunset colours from your terrace with a glass of champagne.

Activities at Mystique

There are plenty of restaurants and bars along the winding passageways of Oia. Explore further by mountain biking on the slopes, or hire a car and visit the volcanic sand beaches, the capital town of Fira and the nearby Museum of Prehistoric Thera, which exhibits frescoes and pottery from local excavations. Some archaeologists believe that beneath Santorini lies the original city of Atlantis.
