The exquisite swimming pool overlooks the sea and is surrounded by comfy, oversized loungers, and is also within arm's reach of the pool bar, where the resident mixologist serves up delicious cocktails alongside live music.

As night falls, make a beeline for the elegant champagne lounge, which has breathtaking views over the caldera. Order the signature Grace cocktail - a delicious concoction of premium vodka, fruit juices and a hint of lemongrass.
