After your wedding, we’ll whisk you off to Sydney where you’ll experience the excitement of Australia’s iconic city. Sydney promises to enthral you with its numerous art galleries, first class restaurants, chic boutiques and of course, its infamous harbour flanked by the towering Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge.

Soaring over this inimitable spot on a seaplane is an unbeatable and thrilling way to drink in its splendour, but if heights are not your forte, then board a ferry for an equally impressive view of the city. Your bolt-hole for the next three nights will be the quirky QT, just perfect for discovering the city centre in style – you’ll see what we mean when you enter the flamboyant café Parlour Lane Roasters with its costume installations or sample the vintage cocktails in the fashionable Glit Lounge.

Watch the sprawling cityscape peel away to revel stunning countryside as you hop in your car to make your way to the Blue Mountains National Park, a striking landscape made up of majestic cliffs, deep canyons and crystal clear waterfalls. Located close to the renowned rock formation of The Three Sisters, which is a must, the Old Leura Dairy is a former dairy with recycled furniture, original artworks and a lounge with a welcoming open fire, and will be your home for two nights.

Hop into the hot tub that used to be a milk vat before heading to the UNESCO World Heritage-listed park to hike along its numerous bush trails. If you are looking for a souvenir, consider shopping around the boutiques in the pretty village of Leura and when you need a rest, refuel with a fine homemade chocolate at Josophan’s or a locally crafted beer (or two) at Leura Cellars.

Next, you’ll get back behind the wheel to exchange the mountain forests of the Blue Mountains for the beaches and bay of New South Wales' Central Coast, where you'll stay at the Bells at Kincare for your last two nights in Australia. Here you can enjoy the Italian-inspired fare overlooking the hotel’s gardens or have a gourmet picnic in the Bouddi National Park with views over the Pacific Ocean beaches.

For experiences on the water, you can swim and surf at Killcare Beach or take a boat to go whale watching and for land-based activities with a side of history, go to the local cave sites to hear about the local Darkinjung culture. Closer to home, you can catch some rays while playing croquet on the lawn or find your Zen with a private yoga session.

After a week of culture, food and wine in Australia, it’ll be time for some paradise living in Fiji. Arriving to a chorus of tribal song and a lei of fragrant flowers, you’ll immediately be wrapped up in the Fijian way of life, where favourite pastimes include sleeping in swinging hammocks, swimming through turquoise waters and feasting on fabulously fresh seafood.
