Sense of Place

Operating in seasons and depending on the weather, the LAMIMA sails through different destinations in Indonesia, Thailand and Burma. The schedules can include trips through the stunning islands of Raja Ampat, between Bali and Komodo National Park, and through the quiet waters of the Mergui Archipelago.

Rooms onboard the Lamima

There are seven spacious and elegant cabins, which have luxurious ensuite bathrooms, comfortable seating and a charming undertone of Indonesian design. The yacht includes one master cabin with its own dressing room, as well as four double cabins and two twin cabins. Although the rooms are decked out to the highest quality, there is always the option of falling asleep on the top deck under the stars.

Food & drink

Your onboard Indonesian chef takes serious pride in sourcing the freshest ingredients from local markets and fisherman, so you will most likely be dining on fresh-caught seafood served al fresco or have a candlelight barbecue on the beach.

Facilities

Each cabin has internet access and an iPod-friendly sound system, while the yacht has an extensive movie library for entertainment after the sun sets. The saloon, located at the midship of the main deck, includes a bar, lounge and dining alcove. There is also an open-air area where sunseekers can work on their tan while admiring the spectacular views of the islands nearby.

When you’re not diving some of the most beautiful scuba spots in the world, snorkelling with turtles, trekking to ancient villages or looking for birds of paradise and Komodo dragons, you can jet-ski, kayak and wakeboard behind the boat before enjoying tailored spa treatments and cocktails on the deck.

The cruise through greater Raja Ampat departs from Sorong, where you will board the yacht and cruise to Batanta, Kri, Kawe, Wayag and Wofoh Islands – to name a few. The cruise in Thailand and Burma begins in Phuket and heads to the Mergui Archipelago in south Myanmar. The cruise to Bali and Komodo National Park explores Satonda Island, Gili Banta, Gili Lawa Darat, Rinca, Makassar Reed and Bidadari Island, and showcases the incredible wildlife in the famed region.
