Cambodia's Jungle

The north-east of Cambodia is packed with pristine jungle that has barely been touched. Leave the tourist trail behind and indulge in the natural world at its finest: meet elephants, spot Irrawaddy dolphins in Kratie, see gibbons in the Ratanakiri province, or explore the stunning highlands of Bang Lung.

Meanwhile, the south-western corner of the country is home to the completely unspoiled Cardamom Mountains and at their feet, the Tatai River curves through the rainforest. Here you can hike where few have gone before you, encountering rare wildlife and uncovering local communities, or kayak through the leafy mangrove waterways of the sleepy Tatai.
