You’ll make for the eastern corner of the 130,000 hectare Selinda Reserve in northern Botswana, and spend a few days in the floodplains of Zibadianja-Lagoon, the source of the Savute Channel. Victoria Falls

2 nightsVictoria Falls

The last few days of your luxury safari will be spent on the edge of the Zambezi River, just upstream from the mighty Victoria Falls. Tongabezi Lodge sits on the river bank amidst the wild riverfront bush, with fantastic birdlife and pods of hippos right on your doorstep. Staying in one of the idyllic river cottages, you’ll have your own private concierge who can arrange activities for you: we recommend a private dinner on the Lookout, a secluded platform in the middle of the lagoon. Take a special sunrise or sunset boat trip, or try canoeing and fishing.

For game viewing, the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park is brimming with wildlife, and you can get an insight into the local culture by visiting the museum or a local village, which you can access by mountain bike. Return to the lodge to admire the stunning surroundings from the pool or unwind in the spa.
