The ever popular food at Khwai Tented Camp focuses on using fresh, seasonal ingredients, all of which are sourced from the villages close to the camp. Meals are served in a variety of inspiring locations around the camp with guests able to choose between private or communal dining.

Facilities

The main lounge area of the lodge is filled with comfortable sofas and armchairs, perfect for relaxing with a good book in the afternoon, especially when the pan in front of the lodge is filled with water which attracts animals to come and drink. There are hammocks dotted around this area as well so an afternoon snooze is encouraged, whilst the sparkling swimming pool is always popular, especially during the hot summer months.

Activities at Khwai Tented  Camp

Taking advantage of its location within the Khwai area, the camp offers both day and night time game drives, the latter of which offers a great chance for spotting the region’s wide range of predators. Guided walks are also offered whilst mokoro canoe safaris are enjoyed when water levels permit, usually between May and September.
