Hotel Overview

Sense of Place

The Ocean Endeavour is dedicated to the Antarctic with expeditions venturing to the Falklands, South Georgia and as far as the Antarctic Circle, going further than most other expedition ships.

Rooms onboard Ocean Endeavour

Cabins and suites on the Ocean Endeavour are minimalistic yet homely and warm in style. With 13 cabin categories available you can choose from a Triple Room to the Owner’s Suite. All have a flat-screen TV and en-suite bathroom but if you are looking for that extra bit of space, upgrade to the Upper Deck, Superior and Top Deck rooms which provide a sofa and extra seating area. Or, for the ultimate in luxury, opt for the Owner’s Suite which has two large bow-facing windows, ideal for wildlife spotting, and a separate sitting room.

Food & Drink

You will be well looked after on board the Ocean Endeavour with buffet-style breakfasts and lunches and a la carte dinners, where each dish is prepared to individual needs and served with complimentary wine and premium beers.

To keep your energy levels up, an array of freshly-baked cookies and pastries are offered in the afternoons followed by hot and cold snacks during cocktail hour.

With a bar offering a selection of liquors, spirits, premium beer, wine and Champagne, there won’t be a shortage of options for an aperitif. However, if you are looking for the healthier option there is also a juice and smoothie bar.

Facilities

The main attractions on the Ocean Endeavour are the spa facilities by VOYA, offering a wide range of treatments and organic beauty products inspired by the ocean.

As well as treatments there are yoga and stretching classes, His and Hers saunas, a gym, and heated salt water pool, to help you keep active and relaxed.

For those wanting to exercise the mind there is a Polar Library, where you will also have the opportunity to attend lectures from scientists, researchers and special guests whose expert knowledge will inspire you to continue learning about the Antarctic environment long after your trip.

For optimal wildlife and iceberg spotting, there are plenty of indoor and outdoor observation areas, including a spacious sundeck, you will just have to keep your keen eyes peeled. We suggest taking some binoculars to make sure you don’t miss out on any sightings.

Activities from Ocean Endeavour

With health and wellness being a focal point for Ocean Endeavour there are plenty of opportunities to get out into the fresh air and partake in a variety of activities from snowshoeing to camping, or maybe get closer to the water and wildlife with some kayaking or stand-up paddle boarding.

Zodiac cruising will allow you to go ashore and get up close with Antarctica’s magnificent wildlife including elephant seals and various penguin species.
