Dining options are plentiful. Tuck into a hearty pizza at Pavilion or head to TAO for oriental flavours. Cariblue offers guests international cuisine and in the evenings, the buffet area is transformed into Cariblue Windows, a chic evening-only eatery. The Wellness Café offers lighter options and specialises in gourmet sandwiches, speciality salads, fresh fruit, vegetable juices and smoothies. Guests are invited to enjoy the themed nights, which include Caribbean evenings complete with steel band entertainment.

Participate in educational wine programmes led by an experienced sommelier in the wine cellar, which you can also visit prior to dinner to get the best pairing suggestions for your meal. Afternoon tea is served daily, offering a variety of sandwiches and tempting sweets - well deserved, of course, after all of your physical exertions!
