The Drisco Hotel Tel Aviv

The Garden Suite is a particular favourite of ours, with stunning arched ceilings of differing levels, its own dressing room and private garden balcony.

Breakfast is still the most important meal of the day, even when on holiday, and The Drisco’s Israeli-style buffet breakfast is not to be missed. Not only will you find the classics, but also fresh meats, cured fish, and authentic savoury pastries, all served in their beautifully restored dining room. When it comes to dinner, the George & John Restaurant brings you exquisite Israeli cuisine, fused with influences from the Mediterranean. The chefs have carefully refined their methods of smoking grilling and pickling, using only the highest-quality produce. Try their grilled veal sweetbreads or the amberjack sashimi.
