All ingredients used in the farm’s healthy and hearty meals are sourced from the estate gardens. Menus are dictated by the seasons ensuring that only the freshest dishes make it to your dining table. Guests are invited to inspect the vegetable gardens for themselves, and watch as the coffee is roasted ready for the breakfast table.

Activities at Gibb's Farm

With a UNESCO World Heritage Site just down the road, it would be churlish not to mention game drives in the Ngorongoro Crater. However, there’s far more than just safaris on offer. Wander the streets and markets of Karatu with a local guide, visit the children at Tloma Primary School, take a walk into the forest or simply hop on a bike and explore the rural hillside at your own pace.
