The resort’s Fasano restaurant, with its trendy ponyskin, stone and cactus décor, serves Italian food and is open for dinner every night. The resort also has a pool carved out of the surrounding rocks, with amazing views across the landscape. More casual is the Las Piedras restaurant, which does breakfast and lunch as well.
