Food and facilities

Guests can enjoy a continental breakfast, lunch, and dinner, while savouring the spectacular views of Vilcabamba Valley and snow-drizzled mountains. The Italian-Peruvian owners dish up a mixture of Peruvian staples like Lomo Saltado and Aji de Gallina, as well as Italian favourites like lasagne.

Activities at Casa Nostra Choquequirao

There’s no visiting Vilcabamba Valley without laying eyes on Choquequirao, the archaeological site which remains cut-off in the Apurimac Canyon and accessible only by trekking and camping overnight. There are other treks too, and horse riding is also a fantastic option. Back at the hotel, swing in the hammock with a Pisco Sour in hand, and gaze out at the beautiful landscape surrounding you.
