Food & Drink

The El Huerto restaurant serves a fusion of Peruvian and international dishes, which is expertly prepared using fruit, vegetables and spices from the hotel’s own organic gardens. You can eat either inside or outside on the terrace, or have lunch by the river at El Jardin.

The El Huerto bar is a great place to relax with a drink before or after dinner - try the signature Rio Sagrado cocktail, a blend of pisco, mint, apple liqueur and coconut cream.
