Hotel Overview

Sense of place

Cruising along the Amazon in Peru.

Rooms onboard the Delfin II

The Delfin II has 14 stylish and spacious suites, with a capacity for 30 passengers. The elegant interiors have comfortable king-sized beds with Peruvian cotton linens, ensuite bathrooms and panoramic windows to make the most of the views. Some can be interconnected, making them ideal for families.

Food and facilities

Feast on flavoursome and colourful local Amazonian cuisine including fresh fish by candlelight, accompanied by live music, and washed down with some of South America’s finest wines.

Activities onboard the Delfin II

Take in the dramatic scenery of the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve (the largest protected flooded forest in the world), from giant lupuna trees to red howler monkeys, with guided wildlife and nature-spotting treks in the rainforest by day and night, giving you a unique opportunity to see its sights and sounds. Kayak around peaceful lagoons and creeks, swim with pink river dolphins, and imbibe the indigenous cultural history of the area with visits to local villages. Around 100,000 people live along the Amazon’s riverbanks, depending on the Amazon’s ecosystem for their food and livelihoods.
Back onboard, indulge in the spa, whose treatments are inspired by ancient rainforest remedies, or visit the gym if you fancy a workout. As the sun sets, head to the observation deck with a cocktail or two.
