The hotel has no set mealtimes. Breakfast is an elaborate affair of fresh juices, freshly baked bread, mini sandwiches and even desserts for those with a sweet tooth - a great way to start the morning, while lunch, snacks and dinner are served in the restaurant or on the beach. The resort allows only one couple per night to cross over a private island, where a specially-designed menu complete with matching wines is served by a dedicated waiter. 

Try the famous Santa Catarina oyster – considered by some to be the best in the world – down on the beach at the seafood grill, accompanied by a range of freshly-caught grilled fish and seasonal vegetables.

The irresistible spa offers a variety of treatments and there’s also a gym, a tennis court, a heated swimming pool and even a private cinema. 

When you’re not relaxing in your bungalow enjoying the view, there’s plenty to do here from trekking around the coastline and kayaking, sailing, snorkelling and diving in the pristine waters to taking private boat trips and surf lessons.
