Casa de Santo Antonio is located in the heart of Parnaiba, a peaceful market town and the gateway to the Parnaiba River Delta: a beautiful area of mangroves, rainforests, ponds and rich wildlife.

The Parnaiba River Delta is an area of great natural beauty, an area of water and sand dunes comprising 75 islands covered in freshwater ponds and thick rainforest and mangrove swamp. The area has a rich and diverse ecosystem, with a range of animal and bird life. These include the world’s largest rodent, the capybara; the eye-catching, flame-coloured scarlet ibis; and turtles like the Maranhao slider. A range of boat tours are arranged by the hotel, where expert guides will take you round the area and introduce you to the wildlife that lives there.
