Pousada do Toque is set on a beautiful beach, a short walk from the quaint fishing village of Sao Miguel dos Milagres, with an abundance of deserted beaches nearby.

Rooms at Pousada do Toque

There is just a handful of chalets, nestled in the lush, green gardens, which are modern and well furnished, while retaining plenty of character. They are air-conditioned and have comfortable beds with goose down pillows, large TVs and mini-bars. Some have private pools and directly overlook the pristine beach: relax in a hammock on your private deck and watch local fishermen bring in the catch of the day.

A former restaurateur, owner Nilo ensures that the food at the pousada is exceptional. The internationally-influenced menu features home-grown organic produce and fresh seafood, with the fresh lobster simply out of this world. It doesn’t get much better than this.
