Located on an open sandbar in Southern Bahia. Ponta do Corumbau is 40 km south of Porto Seguro.

Rooms at Fazenda Sao Francisco do Corumbau

Situated along the seafront beneath the swaying palms, the 10 air-conditioned rooms at Corumbau are minimalist, light and airy in style.  There are four independent Super Deluxe Bungalows (150 m2) with their own private verandahs, small gardens, enormous bathrooms with over-sized sunken baths.  The bedrooms are light and airy opening up to a view of the ocean. There are a further six Deluxe Suites (40m2) with a spacious porch and sensational ocean views.

Food & facilities

Local chef Teco, runs the restaurant, preparing sensational regional dishes with an international touch. Other amenities include a bar, room service, a telephone in each room with direct dialing (national and international), internet access, a TV room, a video and a stereo, a living room, beach service and massage by appointment. The beach is beautiful and the salt-water pool simply stunning.

Activities at Fazenda Sao Francisco do Corumbau

Relaxing and doing very little comes top of the menu however diving, schooner tours to visit coral reefs and visits to the Monte Pascoal Indian Reservation or Caraíva village are just a few alternative options.
