Rooms at Parador Santa Maria

The 23 rooms at Parador Santa Maria are bright and airy, overlooking the courtyards below, and uniquely styled with colourful rugs and antiques.

Food and facilities

Whilst Parador Santa Maria doesn’t have a restaurant, their generous breakfast sets you up nicely for the day, and there are plenty of great places to eat nearby. There are also two peaceful courtyards to relax in, and a roof terrace with a small Jacuzzi.

Activities at Parador Santa Maria

Parador Santa Maria is surrounded by beautiful churches, convents, and the white washed buildings that give it its name ‘The White City.’ After exploring these, you can enjoy the city’s relaxed cafe culture: sipping coco tea beneath the cloisters, and watching as colourfully dressed locals pass by. For more adventurous types, we can also arrange quad-biking, hiking, and even paragliding over the surrounding hillsides.
