Hotel Overview

Sense of Place

On a private estate in Calchaquí Valley, in the rugged north-west of Argentina.

Rooms at Grace Cafayate

The decor in the rooms, villas and suites is made up of earthy tones and natural materials to complement the hotel’s surroundings. Light pours in through wide windows and some have balconies or terraces; opt for a suite if you want more space and a Jacuzzi. There are also 20 residential villas on the estate.

Food and Drink

Indulge in refined Argentine cuisine at Muse, where you’ll be treated to gourmet dishes made with locally sourced produce: Grace Cafayate even has its own vegetable garden. Naturally there are many exclusive regional wines to choose from, such as Torrontes and Tannat.

Facilities

The hotel has a cigar lounge, heated outdoor pool and terrace bar.

Activities at Grace Cafayate

In an area renowned for equestrian sports as well as wine, it makes sense to grab a saddle and venture through the vineyards on horseback. The estate is popular for polo and golf: there are two polo fields here and a fantastic 18-hole course. However if it’s simply the superb gastronomy you’re after, Grace Cafayate has you covered. Take an Argentine cookery class with the hotel chef, make your own wine at Bodega El Porvenir or dine between the vines under a clear night sky.
