Hotel Overview

Sense of place

The Panoramic Grand sits on a hill overlooking the Triple Frontier, where Argentina meets Paraguay and Brazil; stunning views of both the Parana and Iguazu rivers can be enjoyed from the hotel, particularly from the top floor spa.

Rooms at Hotel Panoramic Grand

Rooms at the Panoramic Grand have a sleek, minimalist style, with dark wood throughout and retro light fittings which pay homage to the hotel’s mid-century construction. Some rooms overlook one or both of the Iguazu and Parana rivers, with some of those featuring their own balconies from which to enjoy the view.

Food & Drink

Food at the Panoramic Grand is a hearty and traditionally Argentine affair, with an emphasis on barbecued meats and parrilla grill preparation. The restaurant looks out over a beautiful artificial cascade, which brings to mind the majesty of the Iguazu Falls. At the Veranda Café and Galeria, a range of teas and coffees are on offer alongside a range of homemade sweets and pastries.

Facilities

The Panoramic Spa sits on the top floor of the hotel, and features three massage rooms, two saunas, and an outdoor Roman bath with wonderful views over the two rivers. There’s also a lovely outdoor pool in the hotel’s verdant gardens, a fully equipped fitness centre, and a solarium overlooking the Triple Frontier.

Activities at Hotel Panoramic Grand

The hotel sits just 15 minutes away from the mighty Iguazu Falls, one of the wonders of the natural world. Here, no fewer than 275 waterfalls cascade for drops of 80 metres down the Iguazu River, surrounded by thick subtropical jungle. In the surrounding Iguazu National Park, there are a range of hiking trails on which you can hope to spot capuchin monkeys, tapirs and caimans, and learn about indigenous Guarani culture.
