Fully making the most of its surroundings, The Vines is set amongst abundant vineyards in the Uco Valley of Argentina’s Mendoza wine region, at the foothills of the Andes.  It is only one and a half hours from Mendoza itself.

The Vines comprises 22 private and deluxe villas of one to two bedrooms, all with private patios and picture-perfect vistas.  However, if the irresistible views are not enough to entertain you, then each spacious villa offers mod-cons for extra indulgence, stylish kitchens and cosy fireplaces, perfect to enjoy a glass of wine next to.

Food and Drink

Chef Francis Mellmann’s Siete Fuegos is an attraction in itself and features his open-flame cooking, which you can choose to watch at the open kitchen. 

Facilities

Yoga classes, the modern gym, climbing wall and the beautiful infinity pool are all enhanced by the open mountain setting.  The replenishing spa is tailored to you and you could quench your thirst with the vast variety of Argentine wines on offer at the wine cellar, or ‘Cava’.
