Hotel Overview

Sense of Place

El Colibri is set in gardens against a beautiful mountain backdrop.

Rooms at El Colibri

Akin to staying in a stunning private family home, rooms are spacious and charmingly decorated (think country house hotel) with fireplaces, luxurious bathrooms and all mod-cons.

Food & Drink

Much of the food is produced at the farm itself so vegetables, dairy produce and meat don’t get much fresher, all washed down with delicious local wines.

There is a swimming pool, and you can make use of the well-equipped gym to truly earn your afternoon of relaxation in the divine spa.

Activities at El Colibri

There are enough activities to keep everyone busy. This is a horse lover’s paradise and all abilities and ages can be catered for. The estancia even has its own polo club and team, and with polo lessons and practice taken by professionals, where better to try your hand at the sport of kings?

On two legs there is everything from wine tasting and cookery lessons to hiking and adventure training for children, dove shooting, and mountain biking and there are several golf courses nearby - or try your hand at some farm work.
