Silversea Silver Explorer

The Silversea Silver Explorer ventures to the ends of the earth... Choose from 10-day adventures in the Arctic Circle or 10 or 18-day expeditions taking in Antarctica, South Georgia and the Falkland Islands.

These are the most comfortable cabins (or suites in Silversea-speak) of any expedition vessel. The suites on the Silver Explorer have ocean views and flatscreen televisions, which even allow you to watch the live expert lectures held in the onboard theatre from the comfort of your own suite. In the larger suites, you can lay back and enjoy the pristine polar air from the privacy of your own veranda.

Wonderfully varied menus await, as on any Silversea cruise. Fine wines, champagnes and spirits are included as well as 24-hour room service – also free of charge.

There’s a library and internet cafe, and a theatre where you can observe expert lectures on the local landscapes and wildlife. There's also a gym if you fancy a workout, or if you prefer to take it easy, head to the spa for a spot of pampering. 

With several Zodiac boats onboard the Silver Explorer, there are plenty of opportunities to get ashore with highly-qualified guides including geologists, biologists and historians. Back onboard, expedition leaders give expert talks on anything from photography to sea monsters!
