Ma Peche, part of the much-loved Momofuku restaurant group, does French and Vietnamese fusion cuisine in a bistro setting and hotel guests take priority when it comes to a table – useful in one of the area’s top eateries.  The bar area serves cocktails and there’s a Momofuku Milk Bar with a range of quirky desserts for sweet tooths .
