This stylish bolthole has seen a string of celebrities and artists pass through its doors, and it’s not hard to see why. Those checking in are drawn to the Faena’s gorgeous design: a unique blend of Argentine influences and a nod to the Art Deco Miami of the 1950s.

Hotel Overview

Where

The Faena has a trendy location on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach.

Rooms at Faena Hotel Miami Beach

The Faena promises an indulgent stay with its inviting, light-drenched rooms and suites, bedecked in the signature red and white of the Faena brand and complemented with teal blue to reflect the Atlantic Ocean beyond the hotel. The sleek but comfortable interiors are a concoction of plush velvets, bold carpets designed by Catherine Martin and lamps fashioned out of coral. We especially love the Saxony Suite, with its oversized balcony, fully-equipped kitchen and two spacious bedrooms – the views of the ocean are absolutely breath-taking.

Food and facilities

When you fancy a bite to eat, take your pick from the flame-grilled cuisine of Los Fuegos, cooked from the outdoor parrilla (barbecue); and the outstanding Pao. Dreamed up by award-winning chef Paul Qui, this pan-Asian restaurant is encased in a dome-shaped room with one of Hirst’s sculptures at its centre – a dazzling golden unicorn. Enjoy breakfast and freshly brewed coffee at chic Veranda, with views of the pool and ocean, and linger over cocktails in the Living Room or Saxony Bar.

Activities at Faena Hotel Miami Beach

If you’ve come to relax, luxuriate and just get away from it all, Faena is the place to do it. Start in the Tierra Santa Healing Spa, graced with the largest hammam in Miami, 11 treatment rooms, ice parlour and fitness suite – it is sprawled over an entire floor. Then hit the soft-sand beach or pool to cool off, and for an evening of entertainment, make for the Saxony Theatre underneath the hotel, where cabaret shows are regularly held – Elvis Presley once performed here in the 1960s.
