Hotel Overview

Sense of Place

Redwoods in Yosemite is named for the mighty Sierra redwood, also known as the giant sequoia, the largest tree on Earth. These giants populate the forest around the cabins, making for a truly spectacular setting.

Rooms at Redwoods in Yosemite

Redwoods in Yosemite has a wide range of cabins, all of which combine a rustic style with comfortable interiors. The cosy Deer Den is a wooden lodge with a stone fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and large decking area where you can enjoy relaxing and gazing out at the forest. The spacious Hiltbrand Hangout is spread across two levels and features lovely wooden ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows through which to take in the view. Despite their remote location, the cabins feature mod-cons such as Wi-Fi and satellite TV.

Food & Drink

The cabins are self-catering, with each featuring a fully equipped kitchen; the higher-end Platinum and Gold-class cabins feature particularly top-of-the-range kitchen amenities. You’ll also find a coffee machine in your cabin, so you can start the day off in the best way possible: with a cup of joe in the shade of the redwoods. The outdoor decks have gas grills, so you can enjoy a barbecue in the fresh air. Alternatively, the elegant restaurant at the adjacent Big Trees Lodge (formerly Wawona Hotel) is open to non-guests.

Facilities

Relax on the outdoor patio or around the fireplace, and enjoy the views, Some of the cabins, such as the luxe Rustic Retreat, feature outdoor hot tubs – perfect for a soak beneath the stars.
