As with the rest of the Caribbean, the Turks & Caicos is pretty much a year-round destination, enjoying a warm tropical climate with gentle trade winds that keep things comfortable. The islands have on average 350 days of sunshine a year.
Short-lived tropical storms can occur at any time of the year but are not usually a problem. The hurricane season in the Caribbean normally runs from June to November but direct hits are rare.
