Restaurant 750, the hotel’s AAA Four Diamond restaurant, epitomises stylish dining, accompanied by a glass of wine from the well-stocked cellar. Indigo exudes easy island living at its poolside location, which is the ideal spot for a light lunch. For cocktails and canapés, head to the elegant Great Room.

For those who fancy a bit of hands-on cooking, the Relais & Chateaux Chef de Cuisine leads a discovery tour of gourmet delights, complete with an expert culinary demonstration.
