Hotel Overview

Sense Of Place

Trident Hotel is set along a quiet, private beach on the north-east coast near to Port Antonio, which has been dubbed the ‘Jamaican Riviera’ for its natural beauty and rich history.

Rooms At Trident Hotel

The 13 spacious villas at Trident Hotel are all set along the oceanfront and have been decorated in a clean, contemporary style. A crisp white colour scheme can be found throughout, and bright cushions, throws and rugs are used to bring some colour into the rooms.

All of the villas feature a large bedroom and lounge, plus their own private deck with a plunge pool or hot tub. For families, several of the villas can be combined to create one luxury home from home.

Food & Drink

There are two distinct dining options at the hotel, plus private dinners can also be arranged in your villa. For breakfast and lunch with a view, or a relaxed and informal dinner, head to The Veranda, which overlooks the pool and sea beyond. Alternatively, if you prefer a livelier dinner experience, enjoy live music and a speakeasy vibe at Mike’s Supper Club.

Facilities

Indulge with a relaxing treatment at the lovely Trident Spa – the seaside setting means you might even drift off to the sound of the waves. There is also a dedicated yoga deck and a large, fully-equipped fitness centre.

Activities At Trident Hotel

Aside from relaxing on the hotel’s secluded private beach, you may want to experience some of the activities available in the surrounding area. Perhaps visit Jamaica’s largest spring-fed lagoon, the beautiful and aptly named Blue Lagoon, or go rafting along the Rio Grande River, with a stop for an authentic barbecue lunch.

You could also visit the likes of Reach and Somerset Falls, which are located in the depths of the area’s tropical jungle, or take a trip to one of the island’s other golden sand beaches.
