Hotel Overview

Sense of Place

Le Jardin Malanga celebrates its gardens in its name, and for good reason – this is a sprawling hillside estate of jungle, lawns and tropical plants, with stunning views out to the Caribbean and the rocky islets of Iles des Saintes.

Rooms at Le Jardin Malanga

The rooms in the Colonial House have been fully restored but retain their period charm, with wood panelling and French doors opening onto balconies overlooking the gardens and the sea. The three lovely cottages sit hidden in the lush vegetation of the tropical gardens and have a similar wood-panelled look and furnished verandas.

Food & Drink

Get each day off on the right foot with a breakfast of fresh fruit, pastries, tea, coffee and juice, on the hotel’s garden terrace beside the pool, while enjoying the views. Enjoy tailor-made dinners prepared by Le Jardin's expert chef, and savour menus of delicious French-Creole fusion cuisine featuring local seafood, fruit, vegetables and spices. French hampers can also be delivered for you to enjoy in the privacy of your room.

While the table d'hôtes is closed every Wednesday evening, there are various restaurants, serving delicious local specialities, open near the hotel.

Facilities

The outdoor pool, bordered by a sundeck and overlooking the islands of the Saintes archipelago, is a supremely relaxing spot. Unwind further with some yoga or a massage either by the pool, in the garden or on your terrace.

Activities at Le Jardin Malanga

Guadeloupe is a beautiful place for adventurous souls to explore, whether hiking the slopes of the La Soufriere volcano or to waterfalls, strolling through the verdant Deshaies Botanical Garden, or swinging through the canopy at the treetop adventure park. The coastline is just as gorgeous both above and below – make the most of it by sailing around the coast or going scuba diving.
