Hotel Overview

Located in the heart of Old Havana – a district famous for providing a taste of genuine Cuban culture - the Gran Hotel Manzana Kempinski sits directly opposite the Great Theatre of Havana and just steps from the National Capitol Building.

All 246 rooms are spacious and airy with high ceilings, French windows and stylish modern decor. The Deluxe and Gran Deluxe Rooms offer a direct view of the bustling city centre, but if you prefer a quieter setting, we can suggest one of the Patio Rooms which overlook an internal courtyard.

There are several drinking and dining options at the hotel. For an extensive buffet breakfast head to Confluencias; during the day grab a light snack at the El Surtidor Pool Terrace and Bar; and at night, tuck into delicious Caribbean seafood at San Cristobal Panoramic Restaurant, which also has fantastic views of Old Havana.

For drinks you could visit Constante Bar, which specialises in traditional Cuban cocktails and overlooks the renowned Bar La Floridita - Hemingway's old haunt. Alternatively, and in classic Cuban style, enjoy a local cigar at the Evocacion Tobacco Lounge.

Breathtaking views of the old city can be enjoyed from the rooftop pool and bar, which offers a particularly stunning panorama each evening, when the city lights up and Old Havana comes alive. There is also a luxurious spa with eight treatment rooms, an indoor pool, sauna and steam bath.

With Old Havana on your doorstep and a plethora of things to see and do in the wider city, you won’t be short of things to keep you entertained. After a busy day exploring, Gran Hotel Manzana Kempinski’s pool and bars make the ideal wind-down spots.
