Inlets Restaurant perches on a craggy bluff overlooking the scattering of islands out to sea, and fuses European style with west coast flavours. Look out for Cormorants, Great Blue Herons and the occasional Sea Lion basking on the rocks below you. After dinner, enjoy a soak in the cliff-side hot tub, or ensconce yourself in the fireplace lounge.

Hike to the thundering Skookumchuck Rapids, go mountain biking along the forest trails, or take a float plane ride out into Phantom Lake, a glacier-fed alpine lake in the heart of the mountain wilderness.
