The rooms at the lodge include furniture handcrafted from Douglas Fir, slate tiles and local artworks, along with beach and ocean views. In the Pacific Penthouse Suites you can enjoy panoramic views from the four-poster beds and even the double soaker tubs in the bathroom. You can also opt for one of the cottages nestled in the rainforest, within an easy walk to the beach, with semi-private hot tubs on the patio.

Food & Drink

The Great Room serves up innovative cuisine which can be enjoyed while watching the surfers in Cox Bay. The chefs forage for mushrooms in the forest and fresh seafood brought in by local fishermen daily. The afternoon Apres Surf menu also makes the most of fish, including oysters, prawns and local mussels. You can also take advantage of in-room dining or enjoy a barbecue outside.

Facilities

There is a state-of-the-art fitness centre for your daily workout and bike rental is available at the lodge to explore the town along the seven-metre bike trail. If you fancy something a bit more gentle, relax in a hot tub or join in the weekly yoga classes including Hatha Flow and couple's yoga.

As well as beach walks, hiking, golf, fishing and kayaking (to name a few), this is the ultimate surfer’s paradise. The resort has its very own surf school, so guests have the opportunity to participate in the area’s main pastime on one of the best surfing beaches in Canada.
