Hotel Overview

Sense of place

Characterised by the salmon-pink sands from which the hotel takes its name, Pink Sands sits within a picturesque bird sanctuary, and is near the popular town of Harbour Island - combining a bustling atmosphere with a laid-back beachy vibe.

Rooms at Pink Sands

The pastel-coloured cottages are scattered throughout the lush tropical landscape of coconut and banyan trees, with breezy whitewashed interiors and dark wood furniture, with large windows and expansive patios to make the most of their setting. The Ocean View cottages have a private pathway leading to the idyllic beach, with stunning views across the Atlantic Ocean.

Food & drink

Combining impeccable service and island hospitality, Pink Sands delivers superb cuisine at the popular seaside beach pavilion, Blue Bar, or try traditional dishes such as a Bahamian Pepper Pot and innovative cocktails at the elegant colonial-style Malcolm 51 restaurant, where you can enjoy a romantic candlelit al fresco dinner.

Using vegetables and herbs from the hotel’s own vegetable patch and locally-caught seafood, each meal features only the freshest, seasonal ingredients and is guaranteed to be delicious.

Facilities

There's a freshwater swimming pool, tennis courts and an in-room spa service, so you can be as relaxed or as active as you like.

Activities at Pink Sands

Unsurprisingly, the beautiful pink beach is the primary attraction here: lounge under a shaded beach cabana and fully unwind. If you can drag yourself away, explore the unspoiled beauty of nearby Eleuthera Island or enjoy a wide array of water sports, including snorkelling, fishing and much more.
