Each room and suite has its own character, with natural earth colours, Berber blankets, stone fireplaces, local artworks, carved wooden furnishings and colourful carpets. Some suites have their own pool, and private terraces look out over the Ourika Valley, olive groves, fields of orange and lemon trees, the river and the snow-capped mountains in the distance.

The chefs use fresh local produce for a wide-ranging menu featuring dishes from local Berber specialities such as stone-baked bread and Moroccan salads flavoured with mint to international cuisine such as Mediterranean fish soup.
