Hotel Overview

Sense of Place

Standing for a combination of heritage, luxury and elegance, the hotel showcases a blend of Tel-Aviv’s diverse past with a classic architectural modernisation from designer Ari Shaltiel.

Rooms at The Drisco Hotel Tel Aviv

The 42 rooms here have a contemporary, minimalist décor, with a soothing white and neutral colour palette creating a cosy atmosphere. Intricately carved wooden headboards bring a touch traditional of elegance, while plush, dark turquoise fabrics are used in cushions furnishings to bring a glamorous finishing touch. Completing the rooms are their opulent Carrera marble bathrooms, and charming views onto the hotel’s central piazza or gardens.

The Garden Suite is a particular favourite of ours, with stunning arched ceilings of differing levels, its own dressing room and private garden balcony.

Food & Drink

Breakfast is still the most important meal of the day, even when on holiday, and The Drisco’s Israeli-style buffet breakfast is not to be missed. Not only will you find the classics, but also fresh meats, cured fish, and authentic savoury pastries, all served in their beautifully restored dining room. Wash it all down with a freshly squeezed juice or gourmet coffee.

When it comes to dinner, the George & John Restaurant brings you exquisite Israeli cuisine, fused with influences from the Mediterranean. The chefs have carefully refined their methods of smoking grilling and pickling, using only the highest-quality produce. Try their grilled veal sweetbreads or the amberjack sashimi.

Facilities

Visit the Daria Spa treatment room and indulge in invigorating treatments and therapeutic massages such as aromatherapy and hot stone massages - perfect for curing your jet lag and alleviating aching muscles. Soak up some sun and the surrounding vistas of the city from the rooftop terrace with a fine wine or cocktail in hand.
