Hotel Overview

Where

83km from Puero Vallarta, Mexico.

Rooms at Las Alamandas

The hotel has just seven villas, each with their own private terrace. The colours are vibrant and primary, with bright yellow or shocking pink sofas adorned with jewel-coloured cushions, and plenty of interesting Mexican folk pieces dotted around.

Food and Facilities

The hotel’s Oasis Restaurant serves wholesome cuisine including lots of Mexican and regional specialities. All ingredients are fresh and sourced locally or even grown right on the property. The hotel’s on-site art gallery is also a relaxing lounge and library space, while  for social gatherings under the stars, you can relax on the outsize cushions of the rooftop Estrella Azul bar and sample one of the many types of tequila on offer.

Activities at Las Alamandas

A-list Hollywood celebrities and their personal trainers often choose Las Alamandas for a health retreat, and with good reason – there’s a fully equipped gym, beautiful hikes for all skill levels, a jet pool perfect for water classes, and a seaside yoga pavilion for one-on-one classes. Massages and spa treatments are available for post-exercise relaxation and recuperation. Outside the hotel, boat rides, hiking, horse riding, mountain biking, scuba and snorkelling can all be arranged.
