1826 Restaurant celebrates San Miguel’s rich and illustrious history, serving beautiful regional cuisine using fresh, local ingredients; all the ingredients come from nearby farms and producers. The 1826 Tequila Bar is a refined space where you can choose from over 120 tequilas and 20 mezcals; there’s even a tequila sommelier to teach you about your tipple. The Luna Rooftop Tapas Bar is a beautiful spot to enjoy some Mexican light bites while taking in views of San Miguel.

At Sense, Rosewood San Miguel’s luxurious spa, a range of wellness treatments are on offer which are based on traditional Mexican healing traditions, and use indigenous ingredients like agave, lavender and cocoa. Fully recharged, you can work up a sweat at the fully equipped fitness centre, or enjoy a relaxing dip in one of the three swimming pools.

A range of activities are on offer at the hotel itself, including tennis on two clay courts, art workshops in oil, acrylic, watercolour and pastel, and cooking classes where you can learn the secrets of Mexican cuisine.
