Rooms at Guaycura

The rooms here are traditional in style, with terracotta floor tiles, white-draped canopy beds and touches of bright pink and blue. The deluxe room and Oasis suite has an amazing copper bathtub, while the Oasis suite has a private terrace with a view of the beautiful oasis of Todos Santos. There’s also Villa Guaycura, located on top of a crag overlooking the sea, with a spectacular view to the semi-private beach.

Food and Facilities

The Guaycura marble-floored restaurant with its pretty fountain offers Mediterranean-style dishes infused with the flavours of Mexico. The ingredients are fresh fish, locally picked fruit, organic vegetables and herbs. There’s a heated swimming pool set on a sundeck with views of the surrounding sea and hillside. The hotel has two private palapas (open sided thatched pavilions) overlooking secluded beaches.

Activities at Guaycura

The hotel can organize historical and art tours of Todos Santos, hiking in nearby canyons Agua Caliente, Santa Rita or San Dionisio, and trips to Espiritu Santo Island and the sea lion colony in La Paz. There’s a host of nature activities on offer, from waterfall visits to snorkeling, surfing, birdwatchin and horseback riding on the beach.
