Located directly on the beach, the Bijoutier restaurant is the culinary centre of the island. Using only local fish, forest harvests and produce from the lodge’s garden, the carefully curated menu is designed to optimise fresh ingredients. You can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner in a charming al fresco setting and discover masterful fusion cuisine inspired by the Seychellois Creole and French traditions.

There are also several excursions offered by the lodge’s fishing centre such as flyfishing and other Bluewater activities.

Activities

Alphonse Island is perfect for water-based activities, which give you the chance to discover the magical environment of the Indian Ocean. Snorkelling is the perfect opportunity to spot mantas and colourful exotic fish, as well as to admire stunning coral reefs. There are also several types of recreational scuba diving activities, and, for more experienced guests, there is a chance to complete PADI accredited dive courses.
