Sister hotel to the renowned Heritage Awali Golf & Spa Resort, Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Wellness Resort is situated on the stunning, secluded south coast of Mauritius on the former sugar plantation of Bel Ombre. Its architecture is colonial in style.

Rooms at Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Wellness Resort

The contemporary and spacious suites exude peace, tranquillity and romance. They are grouped in villas of six or eight, and come with gorgeous garden, river or sea views. They have been furnished with grand four-poster beds, sitting areas, and luxurious bathrooms featuring deep-soaking bathtubs.

Effortlessly capturing the timeless atmosphere of Mauritian beach homes, each suite is styled in a neutral colour palette of refreshing whites and calming beige, and they also come with balconies or terraces - perfect to unwind on and enjoy the sea breeze, as well as indulge in the 24-hour butler service.

Food & Drink

As well as dining in the wide range of excellent restaurants at the resort, guests also have the benefit of dining in several restaurants in the Domaine de Bel Ombre – so you have plenty of choice. As a special 'local' touch, guests can sample some complimentary snacks 'a la Mauricienne' (Mauritian style) including fresh and preserved fruits with a variety of enhancements including chilli salt or tamarind jam; all served from a bicycle service on the beach twice a day.

The C Beach Club offers additional dining with a casual, elegant atmosphere, serving international fare, and also has ambient beachfront lounge areas with evening DJs for contemporary relaxation. (Please note that there is a dress code in the restaurants in the evenings).

Facilities

All guests receive complimentary daily green fees at the 18-hole championship Heritage Golf Club course. Other facilities include two swimming pools, a variety of water sports including a kite surfing school, and tennis courts – but if you prefer to take it easy, relax on the beach or head to the spa, which is perfect for some pampering.
