Hotel Overview

Sense of place

Naladhu Private Island Maldives sits on the island of Veligandu Huraa in the South Malé Atoll, a tropical haven surrounded by turquoise waters and white sand. The island is secluded and offers complete luxury and tranquillity.

Rooms at Naladhu Private Island Maldives

The hotel has 19 beautiful colonial-style houses, as well as a lavish two-bedroom Residence. The Ocean accommodation sits over the enticing waters of the Indian Ocean and comes with an overwater deck. Accommodation at the Beach House is surrounded by lush vegetation, with direct beach access and dreamy views of the ocean.

Each house also has a generous terrace with colourful daybeds and a private pool for you to take a relaxing dip in under the hot sun, as well indoor and outdoor rainshowers and saunas, and your House Master will ensure quality service and meet all of your needs during your stay.

Food & Drink

You can tuck into fresh, seasonal cuisine including local seafood and tropical fruit at The Living Room restaurant, which overlooks the lagoon so you can have a meal with a rather special view. The restaurant also has an impressive glass-walled wine cellar stocked with rare vintages, and a ‘wine guru’ to help you find the perfect pairing with your dish, and you can indulge in wine tastings.

For a special occasion, enjoy a candlelit dinner on the beach, by your private pool, or aboard a traditional Maldivian boat, and create a tailor-made menu with the expert chefs. You can even have a picnic on your very own private island. If you love the food, take a cooking class to learn how to make traditional local dishes, using the very best ingredients.

Facilities

Treat yourself to a relaxing massage or treatment in the spa overlooking the ocean, from the privacy of your villa or while enjoying the warmth of the sun on your private deck. Combining Thai, Ayurvedic, Balinese and western traditions and ingredients such as coconut, the spa menu is designed to leave you feeling pampered. As well as the spa, there is an infinity-edge pool, a tennis court and a 24-hour fitness centre.

Activities at Naladhu Private Island Maldives

Across the water you will find a water sports centre with snorkelling and diving equipment, paddle boards and kayaks, so you can head out on the water and meet marine life such as whale sharks and manta rays. You can also go green turtle spotting and enjoy sunset cruises on a traditional dhoni or on one of Naladhu's luxury yachts.
