Or for the ultimate in romance, dine under the stars a deux. There’s also a great bar serving very moorish cocktails. There’s a gym to work off the previous night’s excess and for the more actively challenged, the Lair, a library/lounge with internet and satellite TV. Spa lovers will  have found heaven at the Aquum Spa, built on stilts over the water. Also featuring the world’s first underwater spa, it's guaranteed to leave you feeling restored, revitalised and blissfully relaxed.
